By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital, non-tangible file. You understand that no physical product, yarn, or finished crochet item will be shipped to your physical address. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via email, they are considered "used" after purchase and download.
SECTION 2 - NO REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of digital content, all sales at CHEER DESIGN are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been generated or sent to your email (mycheerdesign@gmail.com), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and their value is consumed immediately upon access.
SECTION 3 - EXCEPTIONS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to your satisfaction. Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same pattern twice in two separate transactions, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund of the second purchase.

Corrupted Files: If the PDF file you received is corrupted or will not open, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement file after technical support.

SECTION 4 - MISTAKEN PURCHASES We clearly state in our product titles, descriptions, and images that our products are "PDF Patterns" and "Digital Downloads." Therefore, we cannot issue refunds if:
