Q1: What exactly am I purchasing? A: You are purchasing a digital crochet pattern in PDF format. This is a set of written instructions on how to create the item yourself. Please note that no physical item will be shipped to your address.

Q2: How will I receive my pattern after purchase? A: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from mycheerdesign@gmail.com containing a download link. You can also download the file directly from the checkout confirmation page.

Q3: I didn't receive the email with the download link. What should I do? A: First, please check your Spam/Junk or "Promotions" folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at mycheerdesign@gmail.com with your order number, and we will resend it to you manually.

Q4: Can I sell the finished items I make from your patterns? A: Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to sell the physical items you create using CHEER DESIGN patterns. We only ask that you credit us as the designer in your product description. However, reselling or distributing the PDF pattern itself is strictly prohibited.

Q5: Are the patterns suitable for beginners? A: Most of our patterns are designed with clear instructions and photos. Each product description specifies the skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). If you get stuck, feel free to email us for help!

Q6: What software do I need to open the file? A: You will need a PDF reader, which is standard on most computers and smartphones. You can download "Adobe Acrobat Reader" for free if you don't have it.

Q7: Do you offer refunds for digital patterns? A: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been sent. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
